A small, intimate wedding can be just as beautiful and meaningful as a large formal affair. Chelsey and Spencer’s wedding which took place in the picturesque Keuka Lake region, is a perfect example of this!
Their big day started off at Black Sheep Inn, where the couple got ready together. This is becoming an increasingly popular choice among couples, it allows them to spend more time together on their special day, and creates a more intimate wedding atmosphere. The couple chose to have no wedding party, which granted even more time for Bride and Groom photos. With the extra time I was able to really capture the essence of the couple, and Spencer and I were blessed with Chelsey showing off her excellent piano skills!
Chelsey, Spencer, and I then frolicked in the fields over looking Keuka, danced in the middle of Pleasant Valley, and finished off the day with the two of them getting married at Bully Hill Vineyards with the picturesque view of Keuka in the background all while they were surrounded by their closest friends and family.
Chelsey chose lavender as her flower, which was a simple, yet elegant choice that complimented the natural beauty of the surroundings. Nathan, the grooms cousin, played the violin as the bride walked down the aisle, adding a personal touch to the ceremony.
Overall, Chelsey and Spencer’s small, intimate wedding was a beautiful celebration of their love for each other and encompassed the natural beauty of the Keuka Lake region. It’s a great example of how a wedding can be simple, yet elegant, and how it can be equally as meaningful as a larger affair.
